The prices on ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.com are final, there are no hidden costs, includes all city taxes, usage of towels, bed clothes, departure cleaning service. At the hotels the breakfasts are included as well. And as we all are so different you can choose which way of payment you like more.

ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.com is a complementary service and the booking your accommodation in Prague is completely free! Your payment is made directly to the hotel at the ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.com special discounted rates provided on our website. We will make the reservation for you with the hotel.

1ST NIGHT GUARANTEE BY CREDIT CARD

Your credit card will not be charged! All payment will be settled at the hotel only. Your credit card details are only to guarantee your reservation.

ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.COM will not charge your credit card. After your booking the bank will make a direct pre-authorization on your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and the 1st night amount is available to guarantee the reservation. If there is any problem with your card we will contact you instantly. In case your CC can not guarantee your reservation we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and inform you about this fact.

When you make a hotel/apartment booking online this system encrypts your credit card details as they travel over the Internet. Book by Telephone : If you prefer to give your credit card details over the telephone, you can call our Customer Service with your credit card information and booking details, and we will process the booking for you, but in this case we have to give these details to the hotel so they can make the authorisation of the 1st night.

By this booking we guarantee you resevation will be confirmed by All-Prague-Apartments.com Voucher within maximum 12 hour.

The credit card will be charged by the 1st night amount only in case of no-show or cancellation less than it is written in the cancellation conditions. You will get the dates on your Voucher.

BANK TRANSFER

If you still do not trust in the credit card payments no problem. You can send us the 1st night amount by bank transfer. As soon as we get this amount we will send you your Voucher which proves your reservation and the special price calculation. The rest of the payment will be paid at the hotel.

No extra bank transfer fees will be added but teh required 1st night amount has to arrive to our account so all the internation bank fees are on the clients.
