HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION ON ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.COM?

To make your reservation final just fill in the booking form on our secured site. If you need our advice or opinion you can also reserve your accommodation via e-mail, phone, or fax. You will be asked for a credit card number in order to secure your reservation.

  • the online accommodations will be confirmed immediately with reservation number and you will also get a Voucher / with cancellation conditions, address and special ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS price confirmation/ within few hours. You do not pay anything advance but directly to the hotel, upon arrival or on the day od check out.
  • The hotels/B&B/ apartments which are not bookable online will be confirmed also maximum within 12 hours. In this case we have to check at first and pre-reserve the requested capacity/room, its time usually depands on hotel reservation department, about the process we will inform you constantly.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY CREDIT CARD?

Your credit card information will be sent securely directly to the reserved hotel. ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS.COM will not charge your credit card. After your booking the hotel make the pre-authorization on your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and the 1st night amount is available to guarantee the reservation. If there is any problem with your card the hotel/B&B/ apartments will notify us and we will contact you instantly. In case your CC can not guarantee your reservation we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and inform you about this fact.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Every hotel/ B&B/ Apartment in Prague has its own cancellation policy which we will send you on your Voucher. Cancellations by email, made within the time limit given by the hotel (in most cases it is 48 hours prior to date of arrival, at the apartments during the high season it is usually 7 days prior to arrival) will be free of charge. The date of arrival starts at 0:00 am. If you cancel beyond the cancellation deadline or do not arrive at the hotel, the hotel has the right to charge you a cancellation fee which is in most cases equivalent to the cost of the 1st first night’s stay. Please note that during the high season (New Year, Easter, weekends in May) there is a special cancellation policy in most of the hotels. Naturally we will inform you about them.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT GET THE CONFIRMATION MAIL?

It is the client´s respon­sibility to inform ALL-PRAGUE-APARTMENTS if you did not receive a confirmation email maximum within 12 hours. This usually occurs as a result of a strong junk mail filter or an incorrectly entered email address. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND A BETTER RATE?

We hope that our prices are very competitive but we realise that thanks to the internet business the concurrence is very strong it can happen that you find a lower rate for the same accommodation, for the same period as you have actually booked through our site. In this case please notify us within 24 hours from time of booking and we shall investigate it. This lower price must be an online price from an online travel retailer. Discounted accommodation price thanks to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price presented later than 24 hours from the time of your reservation or a price which is a part of a package are always excluded.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?

We guarantee that your personal data will never be forwarded to a third person or used for anything other than booking-related purposes.

HOW CAN I CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT?

The contact person or the owner of the booked apartment will give you the keys when he check you into your accommodation. The steps outlining what you should do to arrange a meeting with the contact person is explained in the booking confirmation- Voucher which we will send you with the booking. Usually we will ask you to inform us or the owner directly what time can we expecting you to arrange the meeting easily.

WHAT SHOULD I CARRY ALONG IF I HAVE BOOKED AN APARTMENT?

All our listed apartments are fully furnished, perfectly equipped, sheets and towels are provided and preapared like in a 3 star hotels so ll you need to bring along are your personal belongings.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?

The deposit is the owner’s guarantee that no damage will be done to the apartment and its surrounding during your stay. At check-in you will have to pay the deposit, if it is required + settle the payment of your stay to the contact person. At check-out, the contact person will check the condition of the apartment and refund your deposit if everything is in order. You must give back the keys of course. The amount of the deposit depends on the accommodation. It can be guaranteed also by credit card.
