Prague Holesovice (Praha Nadrazi Holesovice) is the second largest railway station in Prague (after Prague's Main railway station). Nonetheless, it is becoming more and more important as it is the main connection point for passangers going from Prague to Berlin (Dresden), to Ostrava (and further to Poland) and to Vienna (Austria). It is the home of „new“ Czech trains – Pendolinos.
Prague Holesovice is also a metro station. It lies on the line C (Red line). It is 3 stations away from the Prague's Main Railway station (Praha Hlavni Nadrazi), which is also on the „red“ line C.
