In case you order your pick up service several days before your arrival we will send you together with the confirmation your driver ´s photo as well.

In case you can not find your luggages so you need to make a report about it which can take several hours if it is a busy time please call us on +420 773 204832 so we can inform your driver about the situation and ask him to wait for you, no matter how long it takes. What is included in the price?

The waiting fee, no matter how long it takes: in case the flight company lost your luggages and you have to make a report about it. In case your flight has a delay.

How to meet your driver at the train station?

There are 2 internation train stations in Prague: Main train station called Hlavní nádraží located in the city centrum, few steps from the Wenceslas square and the Holešovice train station, located in Prague 7, farther from the center of Prague.

Your driver will be waiting for you right on the at the platform with a FAIR FARY TRAVEL paper board in his hands and your name will be on it. In case you are interesed in this service please send us your arrival details as flight/ train number, arrival time, the city of your departure and for how many persons would you like to reserve a car.
